Creating interior design concept for presentation do not require the use very expensive
 3D rendering software. On the contrary, I had invested in many thousand of dollars in
original expensive CAD software, which cannot deliver their promises, most of all the
 support locally was only temporary. For designing interiors, you only need inexpensive 
software and improvisation to create a reasonably good perspective rendering, eg. 
Photoshop or any other paint programme. After spending so much, I had only used a 
3D software programme that cost only a very small fraction of my investments.
 Experience in basic  theory on perspective drawing and basic design is a must for all 
interior designer. To create a designing concept  for any home or apartment, you must 
also understand your client 's requirements  from planning to conceptual design inorder
 to achieve your goal in designing and to satisfy your potential client.
